Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, sealed items in their original condition. Items must show no signs of tampering, and original packaging must be intact. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear on your card or account depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, or authenticity issue).

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping. We take packaging seriously, but if something goes wrong in transit, we want to make it right. Our authenticity guarantee also covers any item found to be inauthentic—we will refund your purchase in full.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened products cannot be returned. This includes opened booster packs, opened booster boxes, opened Elite Trainer Boxes, or any item where the original factory seal has been broken. Due to the collectible and randomized nature of Pokémon TCG products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Mystery products are final sale once purchased. Gift cards and digital products are also non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or inauthentic product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us. For high-value returns, consider insuring your shipment.
