We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, sealed items in their original condition. Items must not show signs of tampering. Opened products, including opened booster packs or boxes, cannot be returned due to the collectible nature of our items. See our full Refund Policy for details.
We take packaging seriously to ensure your collectibles arrive safely. Orders are double-boxed with bubble wrap and packing materials to prevent damage during transit. High-value items receive extra protection. We've shipped over 100,000 packs and have refined our process for maximum safety.
Domestic (US) orders typically ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your country. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
If you've placed multiple orders and they haven't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to combine them to save on shipping. Once an order has shipped, we cannot combine it with other orders. Combining orders may also allow you to qualify for free shipping if the total meets the threshold.
